  So the service manager, called me at 5:30 pm right before closing time. Let me know that I have to pick up the car on sat. I told them I am busy on Sat. there is no way I am able to return the car if you just told me at 5:30 pm. They told me I will get charged that if I am picking up the car on Monday even though the service manager told me that I can drop off my car on Monday. I call the customer support center and she told me that "this is Lexus thing to do." How nice~~!! "INDEED THIS IS LEXUS."

  Horrible and demeaning service experience even if I bought a car at this dealership. I had engine misfire due to a wire cut. I told them it was a manufacturing defect but they told me that the wire was cut by a rat or a squirrel which is absurd . The ignition wire is located in a very closed area under engine cover and was not reachable and accessible. If any animal could enter inside of the engine room, the damage must have been more than just 1 wire cut. I did not find any proof of an animal, neither the hair nor waste. I had over 1hour discuss with service rep and Mike Reinhardt. They did not replace the wire but just wrapped an electrical tape around and charged me $60 for labor and $1.80 for material. Terrible customer service and experience of sexual and race discrimination.

  They were awesome from beginning to end! My salesman, Mark, was incredible and so patient with me! After dealing with another dealership south of Montgomery, I can say no dealership compares to Reinhardt!! I highly recommend Mark, he listens to what the customer wants and I was never pressured! I didn’t wait for hours for finance and was in and out. Awesome experience!

  My wife and I purchased an LS 500 from Brandt. We did everything by phone. Once we found the car, we got a great price, excellent follow up, and we went to the dealer and picked it up. The process was great. Lexi gave us an wonderful education on the car, Brandt organized the close, and we signed, paid, and we gone in about an hour. Amazing! Great job to Brandt, Me Dean and Lexi.

  The parts department at Reinhardt Lexus is simply AMAZING! Kate Lipscomb took great care of my online order, and she was very efficient. Because I am from Mississippi and could not find the part here, Kate checked to ensure my order would be in Montgomery the next day for me to pick up since I needed the part the very next day. She returned my call (not all dealerships do this) and walked me through the process to getting my order processed. Ms. Belinda at the front desk was very kind and friendly, as well. She was able to help me find the parts department and greeted me very professionally. Awesome job to the team at Reinhardt Lexus!

  We bought our second car from this dealership and were completely satisfied with the transaction. Our salesman was Jake Melton, who gave us excellent service from the initial purchase of this new car to our driving back to our home state. He was professional and knowledgeable and we highly recommend him if you are planning to purchase a new car.He answered all of our questions and made the purchase go very smoothly. This dealership is customer oriented and everyone treated us well during this visit. There are just a few of the reasons that this dealership rates 5 stars on Yelp while another nearby has a 2 star rating.
