  We were extremely fortunate to find Roland. He assisted us refinancing our home. He was patient with us and answered all our questions. In a nutshell, he was constantly on our side, attempting to make the loan as easy and smooth as possible. Working with Roland was the greatest since he was always more concerned with answering our concerns and providing sound advice. He is someone we would suggest to everyone.

  Ryan R. Was absolutely exceptional and amazing to work with!!!! He came through for me and got me the lowest rate possible and worked so efficiently that I didn’t have to wait for documents for days… and he was able to help me get 2 months mortgage free when others kept giving me the run around!!! Would recommend Ryan to my family and friends in a heartbeat!!

  These guys are complete scam artists. Texted me out of the blue with some attractive numbers. Pulled my credit without my authorization. Everything was fine until suddenly they realized I live in Florida. But they kept working on a solution. I've sent many emails asking for answers and follow ups. No response. I'm not even sure if this is a real company.

  Sunview's rates were the lowest that I found right now, Reade got me a good deal with a cash out refinancing for some major home renovation. Reade and Aly had made it easy for the family to get the deal we wanted.

  Sunview had the lowest rate, payment, and closing costs out of all the quotes. I have purchased and refinanced from several other lenders in the past and this was the most stress-free experience I have ever had. Roland was available for questions the whole time even on weekends! He was professional, polite, and very easy to work with. The whole process was completed in about 20 days. It probably could have been done faster but I couldn't find my mortgage note for a couple days. I would recommend using Roland and Sunview Lending if you want the best deal and great customer service. If you have questions about my review I will gladly give feedback.

  Reade from Sunview Lending was very thorough and knowledgeable during the whole process of refinancing my home.
