      Wont let u withdraw ur own money in cash they want u to wait or order it

      We understand your frustration and want you to know we were not trying to be difficult. Once a week branches anticipate the amount of funds they are going to need to order from the cash vault broken down by denomination. To ensure they have enough funds for everyone, the branch may not be able to fulfill all the requests they receive.       The costumer service is terrible, they don’t even have enough personal to attend people.

      The customer service is extremely bad and it’s looks like the bank doesn’t care and they are using the coronavirus issues in long wait on the phone (5.5 hours) and after responding they send you to other departments that each will ask you the same questions and after all this they will not give you any answers. That can be every time you need to get information regarding the forbearance or other mortgage questions. Definitely not recommend this bank.

      This branch ALWAYS has bad customer service, but Rosanna takes the cake. Encino is my branch so I called to ask a question regarding a deposit I made an hour earlier at another location ( try to avoid Encino tellers have attitude) was told well why didn't I call them ? not I can try and help you. Than was talking over me while trying to ask question and she promptly asked did that answer I said NO she proceeded to say have a nice day and hang up. I guess she was doing me a favor...

      Deposited a check and the manager at this branch put a hold on the account. When I called to see why the hold was placed, the manager never gave me a straight answer and told me to call back at Monday. I found out of the hold after I tried to withdraw money from my account. If I did not, I would have never found out of the hold. US Bank is officially the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I’m thinking of closing my account and suing this branch manager.

      SO about 3 weeks ago I went there to do couple things. First of, 2 banker ladies were having argue with each other cuz they both wanted to leave and go home faster instead of doing costumer's job!and I was the only costumer in the bank who needed help from the bankers. finally, one of them helped me and the other one left the branch! this lady had to request new cards for me for both debit and credit cards. I received my debit card couple weeks ago but not my credit yet! I just called to credit card customer service and they said she didn't request for my new credit card at all! I guess these ladies don't like their job and they need to stay home instead of fighting together about which one do the costumer's job and which one goes home faster!! There are many young people who are looking for jobs ladies, if you two don't like it, stay home and let others work! Don't forget this, Bank of america also had to send me new debit and credit cards which I received both cards within 2 weeks! and I'm so thankful to them.
