  Renee and Mark were outstanding. I tried to refinance with 3 other lenders. I had issues because I am a part owner of a business and no one else would qualify me. Renee and Mark were always responsive and took the time to help me get all the documents needed. I was surprised that they did not even require as many documents as other lenders said that I needed. I provided extra because I had already pulled them for the lenders that ultimately did not give me a loan. I don't review many businesses, but I do highly recommend them. They are exceptional.

  I just had an amazing experience with Go Direct Lenders! From the first call to the last check, Chris Gaspar took amazing care of us. Helping us understand each part of the process, staying on top of all the moving parts, and answering every question we had. (Sorry Chris, lol) I've been through the process many times, this was the best by far!! Highly recommended!

  Go Direct Lenders was the best choice for a refinance. My family was able to close in about 3 weeks and time it so we were given the lowest rate possible, lowest closing costs possible and had two full months of no payments! I HIGHLY recommend Go Direct Lenders.

  Mark Hagopian and team have been absolutely amazing time after time! I have used them for several refi's and home purchases and every time they provide the most competitive rates and most persistent follow through. We have had seamless funding and we have had situations where title dropped the ball but Mark and team quickly jumped all over them and we still met our dead line. HIGHLY TRUSTED, HIGHLY RECOMENDED!

  First of all, I had doubts going with Direct Lenders because the rate Mark Hagopian and his associates offered me was ridiculously low: too good to be true 🤷‍♂️ The refinancing fees were at the minimum, no discount points to make the rate lower, and lender credits offered - again, too good to be true 😱 However, Mark made it happened in a smooth, professional, factual, and expedited manner that I was just blown away with the results. I am happy with my refinancing savings and thankful to Mark Hagopian. Thank you Bro 😎

  We worked with Mark for our refinance and let me tell you, he was amazing to work with! He responded within minutes almost every time we had a question. He kept us updated and informed the entire time. He made sure to get us the best possible interest rate. Between the shorter loan term and the better interest rate, we were able to save 200K+! I was floored knowing he saved us so much money. Not only that, but they were fast! We applied through or previous lender first and they called us a day after we closed to let us know they were still working on our loan and apologized for taking so long. I was happy to tell them, we already closed through another amazing lender. Thank you mark and the entire team who helped us!

  I normally don't leave reviews, but the service and helpfulness I received warrants me writing this. I am so glad I decided to check this company our and see how they could help me. Chris Gasper was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Even when he was supposed to be out of the office. Not only were they able to get me a lower interest rate, I used the cash out refi and am still paying around 250 less a month! If you are shopping around for a refinance company definitely give them a call. I simply want to help other veterans while I can.

  Fantastic quick refinance of my VA Home loan. I was a bit skeptical at first having received hundreds of VA Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loan (IRRRL) offers via mail and cold calls but Go Direct Lenders is legit. I was torn going with a known national lender or taking a chance with a relatively unknown company. The difference is speed from start to finish; two weeks instead of two months. The initial offer I received from Go Direct was beaten by a national lender and to Go Directs credit they matched the offer, well done Greg! You and your team did me right saving me a lot of money.

  Anthony Jacobs is the best. He understands the process and explains every details for your understanding. He responds faster if he miss your call. He was very friendly and patient. I will want to work with him again if I have any refinance or real estate needs.
