  I would not use SunTrust nothing but thieves I'm going in tomorrow to close 5 accounts . All of a sudden if I withdrawal more then $250 I'm getting a $6 fee Everytime for excessive withdrawals and $5 any time I transfer funds. They don't say athing to you and have me on hold for over an hour everytime.

  I had to pop in to deposit some cash. The tellers were lovely and very friendly. I didn't have to wait and the bank was very clean.

  This bank is horrible. Don't believe what they say. They will set you up to receive un needed fee's and overdrafts. They gave no problem lyin to customers to achieve this. This is just my experience.

  Where to begin?!!? The people in there dont help if you have a problem with your account, they just tell you to call a number which isnt any help at all. Everyone i talked too speaked barely any English and got no where. Deposited CASH the same day through atm to make account positive and they gave me an overdraft fee. They said the atm states to make deposits during the day before a certain time so they said its my fault. And to this day it still doesnt say anything like that. leaving asap!!! Im staying far far away from SunTrust from here on and i advise everyone else to as well!

  Kelly Lynn VP and branch manager knows the banking business and products. She and the staff will provide service not just services. You can bank with confidence at this Suntrust.

  Been a customer for 18 years now and I will never switch to another bank! I love the personal customer service and the fact that they know my name when I walk in.👍🏻🇺🇸

  Fast service! Teller Jon was super friendly and extremely helpful and professional! An overall pleasant experience! Would recommend.
