  I have recently closed my house, and Carlos helped me all the way! No matter what the situation is, Carlos always finds a way to make things work!   I can say that without Carlos we could not be able to buy a property our case was so difficult and complicated us a new resident in the US , was seemed almost impossible or to wait so long To make it happen , till now just did the closure and moved , every time I remember how we did I see that Carlos really was the one , so patient with kindness doing the right thing , THANK YOU again .

  This company really understands the mortgage business, unfortunately, here in Miami everyone gets into the real estate and mortgage business but doesn't even bother to study the ins and outs of their services. Suntree worked on my loan which was a very difficult one but they knew what the underwriters needed to pull this loan thru. I would definitely recommend this company
