With online photos of all the homes you can rent for any event you have in mind!! Baby Shower? Bridal Shower? Holiday Get together? Golfer? Skiing Trip? Or maybe just a place to reconnect with family or friends! The office staff are so helpful..understanding..and ready to ensure your time away is exactly what you expect. Houses are next level clean and most houses are equipped with everything u could imagine from the kitchen to game rooms! The prices are reasonable and the houses I have stayed in were beautiful!! Carly Galbraith5My family recently rented a property through Sunset Lodging and it was hands down the best property we've stayed at in our 30 plus years of coming to Sunriver in the summers. The company was very responsive and easy to work with and found us the ideal property for the amount of people we were coming with and the location we were hoping for. The amenities of the house we stayed at we amazing, I've never experienced such a fully and well stocked kitchen! The layout was perfect for multiple families as each large and spacious room had it's own bathroom and the house even had A/C although it hadn't advertised as such! It was impeccable upon arrival and a very easy check in/check out process. Had key code access so no need to stop and pick up keys before hand. During these times cleanliness is of the utmost importance and the cleaning team at Sunset really nailed the quality. Perhaps the best example of their commitment to customer satisfaction was that my young daughter left her beloved stuffed pig in one of the beds at the rental and after returning back to Washington State the employees located the missing item and lovingly packaged and mailed it to us at no additional charge. We are so thankful to the Sunrivier team that helped us and plan on staying with this company and at this property for the foreseeable future of our summer visits. Thanks Sunset Lodging!

Enoch A'ana1They say that there was damage to the home. They do not provide any pictures until 4 days later. Just a little suspicious. It's an older house that maybe had damage before we arrived that were unforeseen. We travel to Sunriver every year and have never experienced this before. The furniture on the upper deck facing the golf course was never set up because they said that it was already snowing. We requested they set up the furniture anyway because the weather report showed sunshine the entire time. And it was a beautiful 8 days in Sunriver. Blue Skies and Sunshine the entire time. 1 maintenance man came over to assist us in the set up. My 2 adult boys and 2 adult nieces and 1 adult nephew brought everything up to the upper deck for the gentleman who we even gave a thank you gift from Hawaii form even coming out and helping us. He reported to the kids that 1 chairs was broken and would not be used. So that chair sat in the garage the entire time. Upon check out, We cleaned the entire house, called to where to empty the rubbish and made sure that the house was in good shape. If a company cannot provide pictures within the first 24 hours of departure, then something is wrong. We have never rented from this company before, and I hope that they will not do this to anyone else. You can keep our money for something we did not do, but just know that Karma is something very true. Dishonesty is the worst and feeling cheated is not a good feeling. BE VERY CAREFUL AND TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THIS COMPANY. Now the owner Suzanne gave me a horrible renters review and said they never experienced anything like this before. Well neither have we. We take care of all rentals that we have had the privilege to occupy. It is defamation of character at its best. We gave an honest review and they didn't like it. So they gave us a horrible review in return. Never in my life have I ever vented like this before. I am truly sorry and ask for forgiveness, but I need to let everyone know to be careful. 11/29/18: Your responses is very upsetting. First of all we called your office many times asking where we could throw the rubbish. We were told that we can just leave it in the room which we did. We were sent via text message to our cellphone that we damaged the chair? And now you say that it wasn't us. We asked for pictures of the damage which by law we should've received within 24 hours. We didn't receive any photos until 4 days after we left. We cleaned the house very well before we left. As far as SHARC, the girl helping my family was extremely rude because they were young adults. You are only hearing one side of the story. WE have traveled to Sunriver for many years (18) and never have we ever had this happen to us. We had a large gathering because my mother inlaw was going through Chemo at the time and her brother was battling stage 4 cancer. We lost Uncle Bill 1 week after that reunion. Because of this whole situation, we will probably never return to Sunriver. And thank you for stalking me on Facebook. It really does mean a lot to me. As a business owner, I am very cautious of how I treat people. I believe in Karma. If you don't want people to enjoy their vacation in your home, then don't rent it. simple as that.
Response from the ownerHello Enoch, Unfortunately you did not rent directly through Sunset Lodging (our Company) and we did not review you, the owner of the home that you rented did. We serve as their property manager. It is unfortunate when damages occur in a property and are not reported to the property management immediately so that they can be remedied. When we were called upon to put furniture back out after the early snow, we were happy to do so and when the damaged chair was discovered, it was noted and that is not something that you were responsible for. The reports after departure included excessive trash left at the property, a broken freestanding lamp and bent glass shade, a missing SHARC pass, and your Halloween party posts from their home were seen showing that their home was over occupancy by the Owner of the home, not our company. The owner was also upset that there was a lot of decor items taped to their walls and also taped to items on their walls. The owner reached out to us for pictures of the condition it was left in. When the pictures were requested, at that point they were provided. Our company also received a phone call from the SHARC facility in Sunriver that your group was quite rude to their front desk staff and demanded access to the Private (owners only) fitness facility there, they were very upset and disappointed with the way that their staff was treated by your group. We serve as stewards of our owners properties and are obligated to report poor condition and/or damages and missing items after a guest departure. We pride ourselves in the care of our owners properties and in our guest services and am saddened by your review of our company.

We never leave home without our two doxies and Sunset Lodging is amazing about having pet friendly rentals. It was so easy to pick a home because they have up to date photos available for us to look through and decide where we want to stay. The staff is amazing and so kind. Check in is always fast and great. They always are fast to help us with any of our questions or needs we might have. I highly recommend Sunset Lodging!

Craig Smith5Great deal on wave-runners! Scott was very professional and helpful. We were able to book a SeaDoo a day in advance for a fraction of the cost of these bigger outfits. Brand new craft. Lots of power and very stable. Took turns taking the kids out on Cultus Lake. Tons of fun! They were very flexible and willing to pick us up a little early to fit out plans. Highly recommend!

Kaberly Doerr5I'm a repeat customer, and I prefer Sunset Lodging over Air B&B or VBRO. Top notch customer service, properties are immaculately clean, and very comfortable. I travel a lot, and can be pretty particular with my accommodation expectations, and they have met them every time. I usually call and ask for Krista. She's been most knowledgeable, and makes me laugh every time, which has made it a pleasure doing a business with Sunset Lodging. But all the staff has been great to work with. You should try them. Nicole Neal5It was our families first trip to Sunset Lodging and Sunriver. Check in was great! The office staff were so nice and welcoming and happy to help us get great information on all the activities our family could do. On our way to the home where we would be staying our daughter was so excited to see the wildlife that was roaming around. Now in our family we never leave home without our two dogs. But Sunset Lodging was able to meet our needs and provide us with a place where we could enjoy a weekend not only for us but for our dogs as well. We had so much fun checking out the shops by the lodge, there was such a range of options, there was something for everyone! Even the restaurants were awesome! There was so much to experience, our family looks forward to new family traditions with Sunset Lodging! I recommend Sunset lodging to all my friends, family and fellow coworkers! It's family and pet friendly and a beautiful place to go to relax or experience new adventures!
