  They charged me $600 in 'filing' fees to do my taxes.. Nothing special with my taxes.. basic W2s. I had to file my taxes with them because I got their Holiday loan which was $700 and you pay it back with your return and you had to file with them. My total loan payout was $1030 and my refund was $930. And I was told only $300 from my return could go to my loan that the rest were filing fees... that were not mentioned beforehand. If I would have known I would have done my taxes for free and just paid the loan off but instead I apparently still owe $700... who charges $600 in filing fees? I submitted a complaint to the BBB and called home office to dispute those fees.

  I got approved for a starter loan here,not very much.I took the loan.The interst rate for this place is out of this world.I got a check fo 134.00 my first loan with them,okay I agreed on all terms.My pay back schedule was four payments of $75.00.If you pay on time your limit is suppose to increase but I paid three payments of $75.00 back to them on time.Well I needed a little cash to get me through so I called them. They said I was available for $51. and some change so I took the check,I need some money Well a few days later we got our taxes so I called them to pay it out and the balance was $267. and some change.They have mofia interests rate.They are rude too.One of them made me feel like she thought she was smarter than me about the way the business works.I figured it out quickly. They prey on people at there lowest and they need money so they agree to these terms.Thanks

  They will scam you. Predatory lending practices. They will eventually get into HOT WATER.

  They did my taxes 2 years ago and I have yet to receive any information on them or why I didn't receive them

  AWFUL customer service. hung up on me when I asked questions about bill. they are terrible. promise there are better loan services out there. not worth it.

  I highly recommend checking into “1st Franklin Financial” first before going here because I actually got a loan at 1st Franklin Financial for $1,200 at $80 a month for 15 months. The people at Sunset Finance are very unprofessional and seem very shady in my opinion and tried to tell me that if I do a small loan of $143 i will be paying $75 a month for 4 months which is $300 paid back in 4 months for just $143 loan. I highly recommend staying away from these loan sharks as they also try to force you to take out all these unnecessary insurances too which by law some are not mandatory. She basically told me if i didn’t she wasn’t gonna do th loan. So as soon as I called my attorney friend to have him look over my contract Kitty “owner” told me she wasn’t doing the loan. Something definitely suspicious about that. Just warning everyone to be a smart consumer and dont jump in bed with them until you do your research otherwise you coukd possibly get ripped off. I personally recommend these loan companies first if you need a loan. 1. 1st Franklin Financial 2. Security Finance 3. Credit Central I have done loans with all 3 of these companies and I have listed them from best being forst on Did you get the list okay? Were you able to download it fine? Keep in mind this list was updated as of Feb. 16th so it is up to you to add the numbers that fall from here on out to maintain the list is up to date for your benefit.

  Worst place to buy a repo,they had some repos once, they don't bother to get up their butts and tell you that you have to bid on them on the inside of the business, I desperately tried to buy this Kia Sportage, I left note after note after note in the night deposit box for them to call me, and they never did, they eventually sold it to somebody else, this goes to show that they have bad management and that they violate your rights,there is no sign stating that you have to do this on the inside of the business,this is why I go to other finance companies to buy my repossessed vehicles

  I love the ladies in your carrollton ga office. They are always professional and polite. I know if i need anything i can always rely on them to have my back.

  I was able to call one time, was told to call back, noe when I try to call back it keeps saying the number is not in service.
