      Most unfriendly staff ever! I'm not going back, I'll start going to the Euclid branch for now on. If I didn't have my mortgage through here I'd close my account. What a shame, this used to be a nice place to go to.

      Use to love sunrise family credit card union and they gave my wife and I the best interest rates for vehicle loans. Recently my wife and I had our first child and we had issues getting a new title for my wife's vehicle to them, and miscommunication between my wife and I not knowing she wasn't able to get them the title now they're refusing to give us any loans. We've been with them since my first car loan and unfortunately now we will be going somewhere else, though not like we have a choice, I do feel no loyalty on their end. I've always made my payments and never messed around. Oh well, I guess it's time to search for another bank as I already have a bank in Midland where I live for checking and savings as there is no sunrise in Midland.

      Worst bank ever. As soon as I'm done paying my loan I'm out of there. This location used to be great until they had their best employees leave. Now, all the people I 've encounter really don't care at all about their customers, they are clearly just there to get a check and that's it.

      This was my credit union until I got married and switched to my husband's credit union. I loved this place! The ladies who worked there were super friendly, and it had a nice small atmosphere.
