  Blake at Lendspire was absolutely fantastic to work with. The whole team was amazing. He was able to refinance my house when no one else could. My situation was complicated by an older bankruptcy and other legacy issues on my credit report. We were able to work through all issues and get the loan approved and closed at an affordable mortgage payment and at a good rate. I tried to work with other Mortgage Brokers before I found Lendspire and none of the other brokers were able to come close to getting my refinance done. The others didn't want to take the time and the effort that was required. Lendspire will work with you step and step and remove any obstacles that may come up. Blake is very professional, easy to get along with, and makes the process seamless even if your situation is complicated like mine.   Blake has an amazing process for getting a mortgage. My career had been in digital innovation for Disney and I must say getting a mortgage and going through his process has made me rethink some concepts at my own company in terms of user experience. Blake got me an amazing rate with a super easy process. Everything is digital up until you actually close and I know I had a far better user experience than my friends who were getting mortgages at the same time with different people. I am not the type to write reviews on businesses but Blake is amazing and his company made my life very easy on buying a house.

  Blake was very knowledgeable about VA loans and what it all intails. Our loan was done quickly enough we could close in about 10 days. He was so great at what he does, we even refinanced through him specifically instead of online markets, which claim The lowest rate. Blake was able to match the lowest rate anybody could find.

  Reached out to Lendspire after shopping mortgage rates with several of the big banks and mortgage companies. Blake was able to answer all the questions I had and was straight forward. When I did a preapproval and asked for a quote the rates and fees were much less than what I had been offered before. I have had serval mortgages and working with Blake was the easiest by far.
