  I had a great experience at the the Brunswick branch for my first time coming in for service. The member relationship manager Katie and staff there were courteous. I regularly branch in Latham and its undergoing many different changes. I found the Brunswick branch exceptional with getting my needs met with their customer service.

  The staff at this location is kind and caring and very efficient. Kevin Datnarain was able to help me with grace and ease. I can't say enough amazing things about the staff at the Brunswick location. This is a very difficult time for my family and the staff was very understanding. Would recommend banking with Sunmark hands down!!!! 100 Stars *****

  I recently moved back to NY and had problems with the bank transfers. I cannot say enough for all the staff at Brunswick Sunmark. They ALL pitched in to figure out what needed to be done. They were patient, kind and never made me feel like a bother. They are the epitome of customer service and need to be recognized for such OUTSTANDING dedication to their customers and bank.   Omg what awesome, educated, pleasant, experience I encountered with the employees at this branch!!!! I walked in stressed, as to how I was going to apply for a loan and this young man managed to find a solution that best fitted my needs. With a 😃 smile and patience! Thank you Kevin Datnarain !

  This branch is the absolute best! I dealt with a young lady by the name of Bri who went above and beyond to assist me with any and every thing I was juggling with at the time. I only wish I had her email or number to thank her personally for all her help. Thank you Bri!!!!

  This might be the friendliest bank/credit union branch I've ever walked in to. Very helpful and efficient associates, and the rates on the checking accounts are pretty great, especially for a smaller CU.
