  If you are in the market for new mortgage loan or refinance, reach out to Peter at Sun lending. He gives best rates in market. We were in market for new home last year and shopping around for mortgage loans. we reach to at least 5 lenders. Peter gave us best rate among all others. He gave multiple options to choose from (Mortgagee length, Interest rates etc..). We closed on house in a month and all the process went smooth. He answered all of our questions that we had. We also refinanced house few weeks back (to shorten the length) with Peter ang got best rate and the whole process took only 4 weeks.
