  I can truly say when I called for the very first time to World Finance ,. I was so very stressed out,. Speaking to an account specialist by the name of Jessica Hieatt really encouraged me and made me feel very confident knowing that everything was going to be okay once we took care of information and completed all policy guidelines everything came out wonderful I'm very grateful for the process and for the customer service that Ms Jessica gave to me being a new customer .   Jessie is amazing! She is so kind and friendly. I felt like I was talking to a friend more than anything. I drive an hour away and will continue to do that as long as Jessie is at this branch. She really cares about her customers and actually treats them like people, not numbers.

  Great service, has helped out more than other lenders would in certian situations. Cora was very quick professional and helped me learn a few things about the process in a way that was understandable. I appreciate the amazing service my first time using a loan provider.

  Jessie is amazing at what she does for this company!! She goes above and beyond to help me with a loan! When dealing with the "Manger" Allen..when he is there...is a headache and he is so rude in how he talks to customers! I will not call or come by the office if is just him there!

  I just wanted to brag about this company! I was in a bind and my credit isn’t that great and they were able to work with me! They even explained to me about ways to help my credit to get it more established. Everyone there is as nice as can be and so helpful. They were joking with me which made me comfortable about getting my loan here and explained things to me when I asked! Highly highly recommend The Frankfort world finance!
