  As a small business owner I could not ask more from a bank. By not placing a hold on our large deposits it allows us to keep our cash flow operating as we need it. The customer service and personal attention is above and beyond any other bank we have used.

  Jonathan and company in Boulder, CO have been great. I am not their biggest account by any stretch, but they treat me as if I am. Great customer service. A smile and recognition of me as a customer of the bank when I come in. This doesn't seem like a big deal, but at most banks I am just a number. I highly recommend opening an account with the Boulder branch and getting use to the personalized customer service the tellers provide.

  I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service I have received from Sunflower Bank in Boulder. Christina, the branch manager consistently goes above and beyond to help in any way she can, providing constant communication and support, especially during these recent stressful times. If you are looking for a bank with big city capability but small town outstanding service, this is the place for you!

  I found my way to Sunflower Bank with my search for a PPP loan after Wells Fargo (where I have had my business account for years) was not been able to process my application. The folks at Sunflower, especially those in the Boulder branch but also the person from afar processing my loan, could not have been more helpful, let alone friendly. They made a very pressured, stressful experience much easier, even happy. I will be moving my business account over there soon. Great experience!

Baylie opened my accounts and her attention to detail was matched only by her personableness.   This Place is absolutely amazing. They are friendly knowledgeable helpful kind and supportive and always you can only dream of from the bank. I’m at a time when I was unable to find a human being. To talk to you about small business PPP loans. They calmly took my call and set up an appointment with me even though I did not have an existing account with them previously. They have earned my business and my loyalty through this process. I highly recommend them. You will feel like you are part of the family.

  Your quintessential neighborhood bank! Christina, Deepa and Jonathan provide the most personalized service you can imagine and we couldn't been any happier! Besides helping us with our banking needs, they've gone above and beyond to let us use their conference room for our personal (non-banking related) needs. If you're a business owner or resident within walking distance of the bank, you would gain a lot just by dropping in and getting to know Christina and her team. As I've said before, the Sunflower Bank Boulder team has gone above and beyond from what I expect from a brick and mortar bank. Their friendly attitude and eagerness to help has prompted me to reevaluate my online banking habits. Seeing the friendly faces of the Sunflower Bank team makes going to a bank branch feel less more a chore and more like saying hi to old friends.

  The folks at the Boulder, Colorado branch are Amazing! Always helpful, in fact they go above and beyond to make our banking experience easy and uncomplicated by giving us that "personal touch". I can't imagine banking anywhere else.

  This will be the first negative review I have ever written but I feel that if you are considering Sunflower Bank you should know I was treated very badly by staff at this bank. I closed my account after I was told that it was a good day and I would receive all of my funds and interest. After I closed the account I discovered they had withheld the interest for the previous month because I closed the account 2 hours before they posted the interest. They did not mention this to me when I went in to close the account and I feel it was dishonest and bad customer service. Beware!

  Conveniently located and service is friendly at this location. I opened account a few months ago. So far, so good. Baylie provided a positive experience when opening my account. Only downside is an antiquated ATM that doesn't process cash deposits. Mobile app (Android) seems to crash each time I attempt to open.
