  A decent selection and staff has knowledge on the weapons; however, horrid customer service. One of my least favorite firearm stores due to how old-fashioned it is: customer service is not helpful and they have opinions about everything. FUDS!!! Staff can be pretentious and annoying. Small inventory of other pawned items, but good size for firearms. Wilson's Security is much better and they support the police!

  Have been in business 26-27 years so they know what they're doing. Always give top dollar on pawns and make good business sense. Easy to do business with whether you're buying, selling, or simply need a little cash to get you through. Family owned and family operated. Honestly they really are the very best pawn shop in town.

  Joe and the guys are always fun to talk to, have a wealth of knowledge to offer on a vast array of topics, and are always full of classic Kansan humor. Walk through and check out their many wares and ask questions about anything you find interesting and you will probably learn all you could want to. Have bought ammo there on a number of occasions, and my wife bought her pistol there. Great prices, great service, great people, great company!

  I usually stop in everytime I swing through town because I enjoy the selection and dealing with the gentleman that work there. Today I was looking for a holster and I never felt pressured to buy and they seemed genuinely interested in assuring my safety and to assure i was happy with the product, instead of sending a product out the door just to make a buck.

  So Shop is a Little Dusty.... Who cares!? Good Friendly People! Great Working Knowledge of Guns and Ammo.... Really Down to Earth Good Guys! My Kinda Place! They Could Display Their Guns a Little Better, But what the Hey.....Love This Shop!

  I’ve always treated like a criminal every single time I go into this pod shop I’ve never greeted never asked if I need help they just followed me around and act like I’m going to steal something because I have tattoos and piercings. If I go in to get a loan on an item I’m looked at like I just stole it. I have always paid back my loans and have never acted in an inappropriate manner in there store. I will not be doing business with these closed minded, and condescending men ever again. On top of the very poor customer service their store is a cluttered mess and their guitar amps, TVs, and tools have multiple price tags on them and with Nobody asking me if I needed help and them looking at me like I was going rob them blind it was a very unpleasant experience. Its 2018 guys not everybody looks like a cowboy anymore. Get with the program or go away. Wish the pawn shop across from the court house was still open. That man knew how to treat a customer.

  Best pawn I have visited! Very friendly with a nice gun selection as well as very reasonable prices! I would definitely visit when I’m in town again!!

  A man is only as good as his word. You only get good service if you know the people. Bob set up a meeting to buy my ac, he wasnt there. The douche bags that were didnt even offer to call or find out what to do after i made the trip off Bobs word hed be there and to bring it in the next day. Guess when you get rich off people in bad situations you tend to not care about the people that made you rich..Bad service bad attitudes and could care less about not keeping your word. Good reviews are by family and friends to make up for all the bad reviews.

  It's a pretty dirty shop for starters, secondly the customer service is sub-par at best. I live an hour from here and used to make sure I stopped in occasionally when I made it to Salina, just to check for new inventory. I've bought a Sig 220, a Taurus 1911 and a Glock 21 from them in the past. And every time they were rude and dismissive of me until I told them that I was buying a gun. Their handguns are usually reasonably priced, but everything else including long guns and ammo is a joke, it's so overpriced. As far as Salina shops go, I'll stick with Nicks.
