      I really could not have asked for more today when I visited my local branch in Ruskin! I went in thinking I would probably be told some "try again later" story and ended up with what I needed to make my financial life better and easier to handle. The manager, Wendy Yeo, went above and beyond to help me with my needs and also helped me with the resources I need to teach financial literacy to my kindergarten students this spring! I went in at 4:39pm, she stayed late, didn't rush me and took care of every possible need I could have. I would absolutely refer parents (of my students) and friends to this credit union! Suncoast has been a godsend in my life, and I love being a member and passing it on to my high school daughter who is graduating next year!

      WORST BRANCH for Suncoast!! I am a teacher and have been a loyal Suncoast Member for over 20 years. I have always had great service, except this location. Today was my third and final try with the "Go away attitude" I have experienced it every time in Ruskin. I walked in at 4:10pm with my loan approved and ready to sign. Only three people were waiting and a rude staff member (blonde, second front right desk) yelled to tell the receptionist to make me get an appointment. I politely said you don't close for 50 minutes and I can't get off any other day to sign. She yelled, I CAN'T HEAR YOU!! She takes pleasure in guarding the door and running Members off with her invented policy that you have to have an appointment. I then had to drive to the HWY 301 Riverview Branch and walked in at 4:42pm. Brittany greeted me kindly and said no problem. Every staff member was professional and kind. Totally about an attitude of customer service. I am a loyal member with high deposits but feel a nuisance at the Ruskin location. They should take down the Celebrating 1 Million Members and put up a "Go Away!" sign at the front door of the Ruskin Branch.

      The experience's that I have had at this credit union are wonderful, the staff are alwas pleasant and very helpful and they take their time and don't rush you through what ever it is that you need to do. I want to shout out two fabulous ladies that were extremely helpful to me Luz Davis and Wendy Yoa.

      Every time I go into the location in Ruskin or Riverview(on 301 and Big Bend) the service is horrible. Have to wait for over 1 hour for simple transactions. Always seemed under staffed and employees are not attentive. Shop around before placing your finances with this credit union. They dont care about their customers.

      Bad experience. I planned to open a savings account for my grandson but with the ridiculous approach of the cistomer Service I decided Not to open anymore and planning to close my account . I left the Bank with no finished transactions after waiting standings waiting for someone to ask you if you need Help. And when an employee comes , she told me to wait until the one on the list comes back which probably went home already. I feel discrimination.
