  Extremely high interest rates and if you're late a week they hold your money hostage and serve you papers Edit: if you actually valued your customers you wouldn't freeze their account for a day late payment and serve them papers demanding over 20 grand for a 10 grand loan

  Well after trying to cash in loose coins I thought the process would be rather simple, but to my surprise my wife having an account at this bank that takes my money isn't enough for me to cash in change because its not my own account. I could cash in with a ten percent fee just like coin star down the road good to know. Needless to say I won't be getting an account from this Credit Union or its affiliates. I've seen better business ran from a food truck.

  This I opposite from Rondas post. My wife and I came to your CU to open an account. After seeing your large sign that said we had to wear a mask even if we were vaccinated, we turned around and decided we did not want to give you our business. You have every right to make your own rules, and we have the right not to put our money in your CU.

  My husband (before he passed away last year) and I started dealing with Suncoast Credit Union in 2006, they have been WONDERFUL us and now me. Linda Hennigan, Cortez Blvd.. helped us set up everything we needed to have done and still to this day helps me. Jason on the teller line is also very nice. Don't understand some of the negative comments, we all have bad days! Keep up the wonderful service Linda and Jason.

  The clear plastic dividers between the customer and employee are filthy. They need to be cleaned. So gross to look at. (Cortez location)

  Simply the best, I closed my account at Bank of America and came here for a piece of mind. About time to simplify my life with a wonderful banking experience. I just hope you never hire any of BofA's old employees, cause soon they are going to flood the job market, and they will take you down.
