      I'm in love with my new 2017 Grand Cherokee Altitude. Bill K. was so patient when dealing with me (which is not easy). He kept in constant contact with me during the week. I had very specific needs and wants and ALL of them were met. I feel as though I received a phenomenal deal. And I can't say enough about Ron!       Since 2006 we have purchased several cars at Crystal Dodge in Brooksville, and today we purchased our 7th car! Every purchase has been positive but this experience took car buying to a new level. After spending most of the day in Tampa car shopping with the big dealerships, (you would think with the volume of cars sold you would get aggressive pricing) we were unable to negotiate a fair deal. We stopped at Crystal on the way home. Greeted by Ron Roppolo of the Crystal sales team, he quickly assessed our needs and found the perfect car for us. Ron then turned us over to the finance department and Bill Smith provided us several options for financing and quickly secured our purchase. We couldn't be happier with our new car! We spent less than two hours at the dealership from the time we stepped out of our old car to driving out in our new Dodge. Thank you Crystal for the excellent buying experience!

      Bought a 1 yr. old minivan for 20k...went back 1 week later cause the back bumper was loose and making noise...their response...they're all like that.nothing we can do...Voice recognition doesn't work...Made 2 trips there for them to look at it...expected it to be fixed on the 2nd...let's see if it works on the 3rd. Also asked about trading it in.Within only 6 months its value went from 20k to 14k...They have more than 1 dealership and was surprised why the bumper wasn't fixed by the other one.Nothing was done.Make your own decision.Hope you have better luck than me.

      *Edit after speaking with the manager* Perception and communication are everything, and Crystal clearly wants to do all they can to maintain business and a good reputation. After my review below, which resulted in a 2-star review, we had a request from the owner to call and resolve the problem. My husband spoke with the service manager and he explained how they do what they needed to do. The explanation from him and the fact Crystal took the time to rectify the situation makes us feel much better and my husband is now satisfied with the service he received. Thank you, Crystal. We were in town and our Ram 3500's DEF system went wonky, stating it would soon go into limp mode if the system wasn't serviced. We were able to get an appointment here the next day. We dropped it off at 8:30am and when they took the keys they didn't write down the odometer reading. That was odd to us, but I was in my car and we had errands to run and left in my car. About an hour later we got the diagnosis and accepted what needed to be done. However, we didn't get our truck back until 4:30! Fine, maybe it took longer. However, when my husband climbed in the truck and we left, our dash camera was disconnected and disabled, it smelled of cigarette smoke in the inside, the truck showed it was nearly empty. It was at under 1/8 of a tank of diesel, when we know it was over 1/4 when we dropped it off. We called from a nearby fuel station to find out why we were out of diesel and they said it needed to be driven to check that the system was working. Drive for at least 1/4 tank of fuel AND disconnect our dash camera?! What were they doing?! That's shady business! We regret not taking a picture of our odometer and fuel reading when we dropped it off, but why did they also not make any record of it and eliminate any means of tracking what had taken place?! We live between Brooksville and Inverness. We've been to the garage in Inverness before without issue but couldn't get a next-day appointment for this issue. It's not worth the convenience. Next time, we'll wait for Inverness. Perhaps the repair was done properly -- too soon to tell right now -- but there was no reason for the camera to be disconnected and for them to not follow protocol of tracking the odometer. Sounds like something fishy going on...

      I always go to Crystal Dodge in Brooksville for service on my vehicles, and it has always been great. I went in to get an oil change for my 2012 Durango, and I ended up leaving the dealership with a 2016 Durango - in my price range, top of the line package, and hassle-free! My salesman, Dave Shearer, and sales manager, Ron Roppolo, were great! This was my first vehicle purchased on my own and I could not be more happy. Finance was also a breeze, and I couldn't ask for anything better! I would absolutely recommend Crystal Dodge in Brooksville for service and Dave Shearer and Ron Roppolo for sales. I really could not have asked for a better experience!
