  Marshall and his team are amazing to work with. This is the second time we’ve worked with his team and although there were some bumps in the road on our end this time around, his team worked tirelessly on their end to see that we were able to get what we needed to happen done. They are always super helpful and just make the experience of buying and refinancing a home as seamless as possible.   Marshall was able to help us out of a tight situation when the original appraisal for our house came back far lower than market value. He was able to quickly get us everything we needed and completed all the financing work from start to finish in record time in order to save the deal. I'd strongly recommend Marshall in the future to anyone else.

  The Mike Lena Team is top notch! This is the second property for me. My family and friends have used Mike for their property purchases as well.   Joe went above and beyond throughout the entire loan process, responding quickly to phone calls, texts and emails. He set realistic expectations, leading us from first steps to closing. The process was not always easy...neither were we, but Joe's patience, professionalism and experience always managed to ground us. My wife can be challenging when it comes to business matters but Joe was there at every turn. With very little money down, and very little money for closing costs, he got us approved and into our house in record time. Beyond grateful for Joe's diligence and hard work! Highly recommended!!
