  I been waiting for a car loan approval for 3 days when I was told that it is just going to take 24 hours. I've tried to contact the branch and the loan.officer several times and nobody has reached back to me. I feel as if they are refusing me service so i will be taking my business elsewhere. Following up my previous review, i went into the branch and spoke with the manager Zachary Griffin. He was very friendly and helped me take care of my loan inquiry. He explained in detail the process. Thank you very much Mr griffin for all your help. I am looking forward to continue business with the branch.

  If I could give lesser than a one star review for this bank location I would, this location is so inconvenient with timing do not go into this branch if you have to make a quick deposit or a quick withdrawal anything in this branch takes at least 30 minutes. Every time that I go into the bank although I am a regular customer I am treated as if they have no idea who I am and how often I come in to the branch there is no type of customer relationship there. At other locations like the one on Manatee Ave., West I have never had a bad experience and have always been greeted with welcoming faces. The branch at 57th Ave. everyone seems so upset and so angry that they are there that they do not even care whether you come back or not. I am very disappointed in this as I have been a Suncoast member for over 10 years. This is absolutely my last day and last time ever visiting this branch. Patient able to take me take my money out of San Carlos and put it into my navy federal account.

  Absolutely the worst suncoast location I have ever been to. The entire time they had one person working and each person took over an hour to be seen. Staff has absolutely no sense of urgency and takes lunch breaks when there’s many people waiting to be helped “. What a massive waste of valuable time. Reception was fine but anything other than that is a complete and utter joke. Go to another location

  Has been the best bank I have ever been with don't waste your money on these big banks go to a local credit union like this they treat you like 1 of there family members as they should wonderful experience so far ...

  A non-profit CU is much better. They're usually affiliated with the military & universities.

  I've never been with a bank who wont let me deposit money from an atm or online because my credit score is not high enough. This bank has been a nuisance in my life and I will be closing my account because it's absolutely useless.
