  I have been banking with suncoast for years now. I arrived and walked directly to the teller. I checked in and it took a little bit to get seen by the bankers. But the service was exceptional. Jose knew his information inside and out and went above and beyond to provide me with all possible options. I highly recommend banking with Suncoast and having Jose as your banker. Great experience. Great people. Friendly service.

  Horrible bank! They charge you for everything, including using your debit card online. Overdraft fees are horrendous. They charge you $29 as soon as a transaction post, not even giving you time to go deposit money that day. Do yourself a favor and find a better Credit Union.

  The Seffner branch is amazing. I literally came in right before closing time and I got squared away within 20 mins of being there. I didn’t even have to see a representative to get my account up and working again. Outstanding branch.

  An hour waiting on line to finally the live teller (Rachells) tells me that atm had no cash and just hang up. PUT A SIGN THAT SAYS NO CASH!!! and don’t make your customers waste their time there.
