  I have been a Potranco customer for about 2 years now and before that I was at another location that closed here in SA before that. I am so glad that I came to this location. They are fast and efficient. I have never waited more than 10 min to refinance in office. Making my payments over the phone are so easy with them. Yvette and all her staff are amazing! I hope the staff stays the same. Always willing to work with you on all your needs.

  Bertha Izqulerdo was very helpful and assisted me with renewing my loan and coming up to date and I left with more cash after I paid only negative thing about this particular location is that every time i call, all the person says that answers is "hello?", like i am calling a person and not a company, so i think that i called the wrong number, so i ask if i called sun loan and they say yes. it would really help if they would answer the phone with a professional greeting that lets the caller know that they are calling sun loan
