  Summit took 1/3 the time to get my approval than America Financing. Darren C. Kept me updated with emails and texts. We spent only 30 minutes at the closing table. 💯 recommended.

  Darren was simply amazing from start to finish. Our new build was almost 5 months behind schedule, causing alot of stress and frustration. Darren was the only thing that kept us going, he was always available to answer questions, address concerns, he helped educate us, and went out of his way constantly to help make our dream come true.
