  Phil aka dr. Phil and Monique are the best people at academy Bank they have a good attitude they listen to us and they treat me on my wife like family and I take care of all the needs that we need so if anybody has a problem with Phil and aka dr. Phil and Monique you'll deal with us joking but seriously dr. Phil and Monique are the best people at academy Bank they make us feel welcome all the time

  I came here today looking to open a new account. Having had frustrations at other banks before, I wasn't expecting a good experience. However, Phillip( think that was his name) and his colleague(wish I got her name) were both super polite while helping me and had all the professionalism of a major bank, without any of the attitude. Left satisfied and with all needs met and all questions answered. Thanks!

  Phillip Valsecchi, and Cedric Dupuch, are terrible. Phillip refused to add me to my husband's bank account without a legitimate reason. He simply did not do his job. Like it or not you are in customer service. Upon informing him we were going to file a complaint and asked for his business card he extended his arm card in hand to hand it to my husband when my husband reached for the card he proceeded to yank his arm back played like a child pretending to hand the card over and retracting arm back like a kid. Cedric, needs training as he answer shops for every question he is asked. Phillip all I say to you apply yourself more treat people better. Your actions at the end of the day have consequences . How you are a manager is baffling.

  I have Been with them forever and they treat me like family they are the best so if you guess had bad experiences with maybe your have a bad attitude with them but Phil and Monique and all the rest are so awesome

  The team who works here always has the biggest attitudes when they have to count money for a deposit. I’ve never met another banker who complains about having to count money and who will argue with their customers when it comes to actually having to do their jobs. No one should have to feel like an inconvenience at a bank. Kayla and Kellie are consistently rude and demeaning. 👎

  I have been coming to this bank for a little over 3 years now and never been treated the way I was treated today. Came here today to deposit some money and this new teller Kayla was very rude and snappy. She needs to take a break and step away if she is going to be treating customers that way or a lecture from the manager.

  If you go here, try hard to avoid Kelli. She is incredibly rude and not helpful at all. Update; this bank is still the Walmart of banks.

  Best Branch i have been to yet!! The Manager (Mike) is hands down the best I have dealt with in this organization!! He took care of my wife and I and was professional in every aspect. I will not use any other branch from this point forward. Thank you Mike for your customer service and attention to the customer!!

  I live within walking distance to this location so naturally my account is here. I also have a chronic illness and on days like today, where it is raining, I am unable to move a lot so I send my boyfriend to the bank to get a roll of quarters and they wouldn't give him because he doesn't have an account. How are you suppose to get new customers without doing simple business with the public? I will be moving my account to First Bank as soon as I am able!

  I went to the bank today to deposit my boyfriend's check what they told me was he would have a hold on it for over a week and he needed to pay rent today so they didn't give us any option of cash back or calling to verify funds or anything like that when you open up a bank account here you screw yourself over because you don't have access to your funds for a long time I've been working at a bank for 7 years and I've never experienced customer service like this at my bank. we don't do anything like this we have provided a few $100 of cash back the same day as an exception to help people out... this is not how you a stablish brand new customers and this is not how you help your customers out.. you pretty much open up a bank account and they hold all of your money for a long period of timw. He only needed a few $100 from an $850 check which is from a valid well known employer who I'm sure has written many many checks before. This company did not give any other options whatsoever and it was just a straight direct deposit into the payees account. Horrible customer service from a "second chance" bank. Absolutely awful. They could have offered to call the bank or look up previous checks written from that employer. I'm sure they could have compared check stock, dates, etc. It was a valid check but they would not offer ANY other options. This check had b4 taken to other places and still be cashed but apparently not from the bank you're a customer of. Smh...
