In preparation for purchasing my home, he advised on the best credit hits to fix before submitting my loan application. His fixes made all the difference. We are qualified for the loan and moved in shortly thereafter. Summit is the best mortgage broker on Phoenix. They got it done!

  Summit Lending got me qualified and approved in a few weeks. It was super fast and this team was great. I have purchased several homes, and I'll say this was by far the smoothest experience. I saved a bunch of money and got into a home during a time where the market in Phoenix, AZ is just absolutely nuts.
