  I seldom give recommendations as things are seldom consistently good. Cristina Stanek and her entire team at Summit are so service oriented and make the entire loan process smooth and painless. The team all go the extra mile and are super efficient and effective and they clearly and patiently communicate. This makes the whole loan process effortless. Everyone you work with inside Cristina's team at Summit Funding are polite, pleasant, and guide through the whole process to successful completion. I would without hesitation recommend Cristina Stanek for any mortgage or refinancing requirements. Outstanding service, Thank you.

  Another fantastic experience with Cristina Stanek and her team for my client!!   Our experience with Summit Funding on the refinance of our home was exceptional. We were communicated with early and often. Any potential roadblocks were talked about before they became issues, which allowed us to make choices that fit our goals. The timeline on our refinance actually finished a few days earlier than predicted, which was amazing. Cristina and her entire team were absolutely lovely to work with, and we appreciate them so much.   My partner and I cannot recommend the teams at Summit Funding enough. We have worked with Christina Stanek's team twice and every time they have been very responsive to emails and questions, they are very organized, and they really make the whole process seem like we had to almost nothing. These sorts of things are very appreciated as the processes can be so overwhelming for the average joe. We recommend them to everyone we can!

  Ryan Williams and his team at Summit Funding were a pleasure to work with. This was the second time I have worked with Ryan in refinancing. I would highly recommend him. The experience both times were very positive. He and his team communicated timely, answering any questions and were great at follow-up. Loan processing and underwriting proceeded timely to loan approval. Additionally, they work with a very professional escrow company and mobile signing notary, so you don’t need to leave your home.

  Best of the best. I've never met a more customer oriented organization that is able to come through every time. Over the last 3 years, we have used her team four times. Not one experience has been less than perfect. That says it all. They are thorough, responsive, and timely. Every question is answered and every need met. If you are looking for a mortgage, whether for a primary home, a second home, a conventional loan, or a VA loan, you should do yourself a favor and call them.

  Cristina and her team at Summit Funding, Manzanita were amazing! Communication was fluid and responsive throughout our entire experience. They were able to meet a closing deadline that other were not - Rocket Mortgage bombed, Summit Funding made it happen! Great job!
