  I have been working with Michael to acquire a mortgage and he's extremely knowledgeable on the entire process. For someone who does not understand what is happening on that side of thing I feel very thankful to have him as a resource. And as someone who is self employed he's been able to answer a lot of questions about how to best set myself up in terms of taxes and showing income that will allow me to qualify for the home I wish to purchase.   Michael helped me get my first home just this last month. He was incredibly helpful and explained everything in detail. Being a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions that were quite simple, but he explained them to me and helped me understand the process. He even made videos to explain details that would otherwise be hard to understand. He knew the right time to lock in our loan rate to get us the best possible rate, and he was very knowledgeable, and available for anything we needed.   The service of Michael is just fabulous! This is the 3rd time in 5 years that I have Michael to work for my loans; it for an investment property in Seattle and we closed in 26 days!!! Actually, it will turn into 4th shortly as we're working with him for a refinance loan. For the loan just closed, he had helped us from the very beginning of planning through the last minute of funding and had provided different ideas and options that helping us to fulfill the loan requirements but also meeting our financial needs. The feeling of working with Michael is like you were on a battle field and you know Michael is the one you could trust; and he is the one covers your back with his life.   Mike was on top of everything during our home loan application process. Loan docs are very cumbersome, but Mike made the process as smooth as possible. He was responsive, professional, and highly competent. One piece of advise for everyone looking to buy a home: Get your down payment and closing costs in one single bank acct at least 2 months before you apply for the mortgage!!!! Our biggest hassle in all of this process was having to provide proof of where our money for the down payment was coming from as we used assets from different accts. Get it all into one acct 60 days before. I am sure Michael will back me up on that!! You can't go wrong with Mr Michael Eiden. I wouldn't hesitate to employ his services again!
