  We mostly worked with Cat Jerger, and she is amazing! She was extremely informative, which is important when buying your first home. We didn’t know a lot about the process and there is A LOT to learn. Cat made it easy to understand and less scary feeling. She was also there whenever we had any questions and always kept us up to date with what was happening throughout the entire process. She took the time to get to know us, and helped us make the right decisions when choosing a loan type and what would work best when putting in our offers. She truly is a great loan officer and person to have on your side. I’ve already recommended her to a friend! Oh and we closed on time thanks to her and Leanne!

  Matt made us feel comfortable and informed on the home buying processes. As a first time home buyer I had several questions, Matt was very attentive and always able to answer questions at any time of the day or night - even on the weekends! More importantly, he really helped me understand the forms and documents needed to move forward. Matt was so great my mom used him to re finance her home while I was in the process of buying.   Friendly and effective!!! You better at least call Mark Charlton to see what he can do for your mortgage because we had an absolutely great experience and saved way more with him than with any other lender. Like several hundred more in savings monthly... But we really appreciated Mark’s work ethic and how he went out of his way to figure out an awesome deal for our complicated loan that other mortgage companies said was impossible in this chaotic economy. Mark also took the time to explain everything we asked about along the way so we knew what our options were and never felt pressured or out of the loop. The process was fast, easy and educational. I don’t know what else to say other than we had a great experience and loved working with Mark and his whole team and will recommend them to everyone!!!
