  Jacqueline and the team at Summit funding were incredibly helpful in making the loan process easy and smooth. All questions/concerns were answered promptly and precisely. The transaction experience was very professional. I highly recommend Summit and specifically Jacqueline Loeb. She is an absolute machine!!!

  Great firm! We had a very complicated loan application situation as my wife and I were recently married and both took new jobs just prior to purchasing the home. We systematically provided all the documentation and clarifications outlined by Summit and the loan was underwritten and closed in less than 1 month.

  I had done multiple real estate transactions and it got to the point where the stress of the lending process was holding me back and making me put off looking for homes ... The lack of communication, having to re-print and resend things multiple times because the lender team was not processing things quickly enough, everything coming down to the last second before closing and wondering if it was going to happen at all. It doesn’t have to be that way! I was just working with the wrong lender (though it sounds like this is the unfortunate standard in this industry). But for our most recent home, we were lucky enough to be referred to use Jonathan Lange. I kept wondering when all the stressful rushed moments of him telling me he needed 15 documents in the next hour would happen… They never did. We were clear to close days in advance and never once felt like it wasn’t going to happen or had any difficulty through the entire process. It was absolutely amazing! I didn’t know it could be this way but now I do. If you haven’t already use the lender that you know can provide this level of experience and low stress in a normal stressful situation of buying a home, please do yourself a favor of using Jonathan Lange and his team.
