  I was recommended to see Jon Dobbel. Jon was honest about everything from the first moment. He showed me the actual numbers and the fees. My experience with him was amazing. The best part was that I walked away without being pushed into something I wasn't ready to do. See Jon was trying to help me rather than trying to make a deal. I will go back to Summit Funding and finishing my deal with Jon first week of the new year.

  I have known Greg for over 10 years. He has assisted me with the purchase of two houses and with the sale of one. I have referred several buyers to him. Greg has integrity, knowledge, and patience when working with his clients. He explains the process as many times as you need it explained. If I purchase another home for my self or my family; I will ask Greg to handle the funding.

  My refi was seamless and without stress. I always felt listened to and that my needs where a priority. In this challenging time , this experience was glorious. The timelines were met and exceeded my expectations . My Loan officer Sumer was available and attentive to all my questions. Sumer kept in constant contact with me and answered all my inquiries in a timely fashion . I have and will continue to refer other family & friends to Sumer & Summit Funding.   Completed our second transaction with David in July 2017 in Sacramento, CA. In a nutshell: David has been mistake-free, patient, clear, prompt, easy to reach and easy communicate with. David handled our initial loan, and then 3 years later he worked on our refinance. We had a great experience and benefitted from his experience and input during our many questions regarding what the best option was for us in our circumstance. With David's guidance we are on pace to have a paid-off house by our early thirties. I couldn't recommend David enough

  The trust factor and just Greg being a straight shooter. We hear ads all day long and get 10 pieces of mail a day all promising "as low as" this or "$500 off closing" that. I still just call Greg. He will say real quick where we are going to come in with on interest rate. Greg wants all paperwork. No faking numbers. He is thorough and in my opinion shows he cares about both sides. Greg is a good guy and good to do business with. I trust him completely with my financial deals.

  David made the home buying process quick, transparent, and informative! His warm and open demeanor made him not only easy, but enjoyable to work with. He was very responsive as well! We had an offer accepted on July 4th and got the keys on July 26th!

  Summit Funding and in particular Jon Dobbel & his Team handled our refi quickly and with the least amount of interaction possible given all the paperwork that is required!
