  There literally aren't enough starts to give for Amy! She is simply AMAZING on every level! Her high level of communication, understanding, patience and all out care for her clients is something most people will never experience unless they work with her. I called Amy and she had me pre-approved the same day! She went over the different types of loans that I qualified for, explained the differences between each one, and walked me through the process. I am self employed, so she told me what documents I would need a head of time and had my file all ready to present. When I made my offer, she called the listing agent to let them know I was qualified and spoke on my behalf. Amy communicated with me through the entire process and educated me so that I was well informed of each decision along the way. She made the entire process easy for me and was always available to answer my questions. I am a HUGE fan of Amy and am thankful she did my home loan. Amy got me a great rate and made sure I was comfortable with my monthly payment. You couldn't have a better advocate in your corner when buying a home. She has helped several of my friends and they all told me the same thing, now I know why! Thank you Amy for everything, you are AMAZING!!!

  I started working for Big Valley Mortgage (BVM) about a year ago and I am so glad I made the move. BVM technology has enabled me to free up time to be a better Loan Officer. My BVM App is World Class. I can lookup Loan guidelines, run scenarios for clients, price rates, and email Pre-Approval letters from the BVM App on my Tablet or my smartphone directly to my clients and Realtor Partners. Our intranet is super user friendly and easy to navigate. The BVM marketing department is the best I have ever experienced. I had a unique marketing request and I reached out to the marketing team. They had a custom flyer made in a few days and I loved it. Our competitors marketing looks old and stale compared to the custom pieces the BVM Marketing Dept did for me. We also have two platforms that I can use to make Co Branded Open House flyers in a matter of minutes. We have a robust CRM so I market to my database or make make cobranded flyers in a matter of minutes. The new Elk Grove Team of Loan Officers is simply awesome. We really know our loan programs and guidelines. Our Realtor Partners reach out to us regularly inquiring on loan guidelines. I am glad I made the move to BVM. I love this company from the top down. In fact, I just ran into the owner Kurt Reisig at Cafe Bernardo today. He was in a rush but took the time to chat with me despite that. Buzz Howard, the VP of Big Valley Mortgage calls all the loan officers directly on a regular basis just to check in and lend support. Not many companies will give you a direct line to the owner and corporate leadership. Big Valley Mortgage does. Buzz and Kurt are completely dedicated to supporting the Loan Officer. It shows in their walk and their talk and I am blessed to work for them at such a great company.
