  I stated in my first communication with Todd that it was difficult for me to make time to talk on the phone and so he accommodated me by communicating purely by email. I really appreciated that so I was able to answer him more promptly or wait to answer until I had gathered the information he had requested. I also appreciate that when I reach out to him with a question he always replied right away with an answer. I would definitely recommend going to him for others and myself again!

  I was recommended by a co-worker about Randy and his Team! We found a house last minute and had nothing prepared or approved prior! “Don’t do that by the way, get your letter and information uploaded prior to purchasing!” Regardless of our lack of preparation Randy beat my primary bank to the punch in all aspects! Letter, communication, and assurance that the deal would happen in time! He got us what we needed to get the deal done! I even hit him after work at his home the first night of this process!
