They were sure to outline all of our options at every step and kept us, as well as all of the other involved parties, up to date.   Jackson was very upfront and honest since the very beginning, he wasn't afraid to deliver bad news and he helped me stay positive as he already had a game plan for the bad news being delivered. He's accountability gave me peace of mind that anything that needed to be taken care of he would. He was always quick to respond, very creative and knowledgeable in his field.   I was referred to Jackson and am so happy I was. Jackson made the entire purchase of my home a breeze. I was never stressed or felt I was kept out of the loop. Communication was above excellent, I never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get a response from Jackson if he missed my call and same can be said for emails/texts. I would highly recommend any first time buyer to reach out to Jackson, I don't think any other lender could have provided an easier process.
