  I hate coming in! The line to deposit money is always long. They only have one or two people working all the time. I always come in early but I can not even imagine coming in at lunch! Please hire some more people! Terrible customer service

  They don't have enough employees behind the counter!! I was in linea for an hour just to do a deposit. Manager is very rude a customer behind me asked her if there was any other person who can helped the teller and the manager got upset and rude against the customer smh never come back to this location.

  This Branch may discriminate because of low income area. The 2 outside ATMs close done at 8pm they have a red light on the side of the machine and message saying to use another location on the screen. If you call Bank of America Customer Service they will tell you that there ATMs are open 24 hours a day across the county.

  My banking experience with them was not good. When I produced my firearm, they did not immediately respond to my demands for them to fill my satchel with currency. Further, teller that I chose was having a great deal of difficulty reading my note. So I had to illustrate for him that I would soon be busting some caps way deep up in him, if he did not comply. Lucky for them, I'm not Mr. Blond, or else I would have gone from customer-to-customer going "Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam!" Anyway, 1 lonely star for these turdholes. Their service was so slow, they nearly got me arrested for robbing them!

  Wow omg i always came for here but the customer service never change I don’t know the managers how they take care for their customer . It’s always very but very slow servers I have been for 30 mins and they only had 2 cars in one cars they taked 30! It’s too much . I went to differnte Bank of America but they are more fast than

  Horrible horrible horrible this place is never open Bank of America is a joke if you guys continue to keep this up not having any ATMs open at night I’m going to cancel you guys it is just unacceptable!

  BOA on 9308 Forest On Dallas TX you never answer your telephone. Poor customer service there are no branches here in Cleveland Ohio I can walk into to do business and at least you could do is answer your freaking telephone. I'm having issues that only the branch can help me with immediately I've been calling since you open this morning and it's 4:43 p.m. eastern time and still you won't answer your freaking phone

  Worst customer service ever. 15 people in line, 2 tellers behind the window. Over a half hour just to do something as simple as cash a check.

  Definitely recommend this location. I’ve been to MANY locations in Dallas and the service here is far superior. I use this location for all my business and personal needs.
