  1 star is extremely generous. This SCAMMING company tried to contact me on an alleged HSBC credit card debt of over $700 & wanted me to settle for God only knows what & pay in full on the spot, however, I've never even had an HSBC credit card...I even contacted HSBC themselves & spoke with a manager, who confirmed they had no account of me at all..& after contacting Nelson Cruz back to call them out on their fraudulence, they wouldn't even let me speak; kept interrupting me with an attitude and threats...which is very against their protocol & completely illegal. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!! My lawyer advised me to not even answer their calls or open their emails. I advise you all the same!!!!!

  how this rude people got 3 stars supposedly they said they want to help you then that Karen H threat you by saying she going to sue you that she going to send you to court that she going to your account and that she know how much money you got! if she know she should know I was overdraft I didnt know to laugh about my overdraft or her lying self,they try to find you under rocks,Scam people they trying to get your money by using any info

  Nelson Cruz really helped me with having a judgement released. They set me up on payment arrangement monthly that i could afford then at the end of the payment arrangement contacted the original creditor and Deville Assets management to have the judgement released and my credit bureau updated. Darryl Curtis I just want to thank you for helping me to move forward and have this part of my life amended. An your courtesy and professionalism was greatly appreciated

  KEVIN is extremely rude, no professionalism whatsoever and harassed me in the most disgusting way. I called and spoke to a lady with the last name DIAZ and she left me on hold for a very long time, the issue they called me about or my "supposed debt" is completely false. These people are a scam. Kevin then hung up the phone abruptly and did not even let me speak. Disgusting human being.

  LMAO these people are a joke and ghetto. You ask them questions and they hang up on you. I kept calling back for more info, and each rep was just as ghetto. They say they have me on camera at the hospital for a medical bill paid, and their law suite calls are just as unprofessional. They don't know my address for some reason, and are not in my county.

  The most rude and unprofessional "business" I've ever hired to collect for us. Representatives shout at you when you try to ask a question & they don't like what you're saying. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

  Karen Haynes in the accounting dept is very rude and unprofessional. There was a discrepancy in my account and the fault was on their end. She called and threatened to turn me in to the DA and when I explained the fault was theirs, she practically called me a liar. And as of 8-13-2018 my issue still has not been rectified.

  Called me as well as several of my relatives on same day. Set up arrangement. Took out payment more than once a month as agreed. Did not get credit for extra payment and after a month no refund either. Questionable business practices

  Feels good for a company to put me in a position to pay back something i did... Dont really understand the logic of people thats leave reviews about a company calling you about a debt you created. I guess this is America

  If I could give nothing I certainly would I’m so angry with these people there telling me I owe for a student loan that I paid off last year saying I still owe them it’s ridiculous I have all my documents and tried to provide them with it and they refused so I will be contacting my lawyer against them.
