AccessTheDJ Events1Worst bank / credit union I’ve ever dealt with. Customer Service is HORRIBLE. Long waits . Staff is clueless / not trained properly. I have 3 different accounts and 2 loans thru bank. NEVER missed a payment and have money in my accounts. Got hit with 4 overdraft fees because SPRINT tried doing automated payments which I cancelled and the bank was only able to refund me 1 overdraft fee of $32.. so now I’m out of $96 for a mistake from Sprint 🤔

Emily Hudson1The customer service at SFCU is abysmal. I have called repeatedly about an issue with my online account and the mobile app and the customer service representative, Peter, has been consistently rude and condescending. When I've tried to explain the issue I was seeing on my side of things with the app, he told me what I was saying was "impossible" because that's not what he was seeing on his end. The issue was clearly with the mobile app...an IT issue and something he could not see, but he kept cutting me off when I tried to explain what was happening. There was absolutely no need to be rude--SFCU, your call center representatives #1 job is to make sure your clients feel taken care of and HEARD, not repeatedly cut off. I have also been told different things by the customer service agents as far as changing email accounts and addresses, only to never hear back from them in the mobile app or the online banking portal. I have since switched banks and I'm planning on closing my accounts.

Tennis Lover1Very poor customer service received from the Sr. Financial Representative at the Flanders/Riverside branch: total ego tripping!!! I do not recommend this particular branch. Closed my account and opened an account with Chase and the customer service experience was excellent! Just professional and knowledgeable Sr. Financial Representative with no ego tripping!

Melissa Gervasi1Horrible customer service. The teleservice members are rude and condescending. I called to report fraud on my account and the woman REFUSED to close my account and put in a dispute for the charge. I called back to confirm the action was done, and it was left open. Horrible customer service. You ask for representatives name and they question the inquiry.

Bossdon BT1One of the worst banks during this time. One of the employees took upon themselves to have my direct deposit sent back to the IRS because I did not have a checkings account, but I have a savings account on file for quite sometime now. During this tragic pandemic & not being able to work. I was looking forward to my stimulus check. Its very absurd that an employee would reject my direct deposit & not just deposit it into my savings account. That is extremely disrespectful in severe times of need! People need to pay the bills they can with that money to atleast stay above water during extreme hard times! Suffolk federal credit union has to take a step back & decipher what kind of people they are hiring that would take upon themselves to reject any sort of direct deposit during this tremendous amount of hard financial times!

Rita R Tuckett5I LOVE the Medford location. I am relatively new to credit unions(bank at Chase). The staff are always pleasant, friendly with smiles and a welcome when you walk through the door. I would like to give some recognition to two financial reps., Stephanie Luciano and Michelle Eppig . Both are very professional, efficient and make you feel important . They give you complete attention!! Kudos to them!! I hope to continue banking with S.F.CU R. Rogers
