  Just opened an account... off to a bad start. Made a mobile deposit....the check cleared in 2 days... but they refuse to release it. They’re blaming it on head quarters ...making us wait a total of 10 DAYS. Never in my life have a dealt with a bank like this. Every time I call ... I get a different story. Looks like I’ll be switching over to Bank of America!!!

  Ok let me start by saying I've been using this bank for over 8 years, these people should have like super man capes on for how Amazing they treat you when you're there. I've have never been more impressed anywhere I've been!! Everyone that works there has a super great personality and very friendly. And they are open 7 days a week talk about service! And yes always with a smile! T.D Bank has amazing security to protect you from anything that may inconvenience you and notify you immediately if anything looks out of place or is weird with your account. They have all the answers to your questions and make the time to talk to you and not just treat you like a costumer but more like a friend. These people will really go above and beyond to make you happy. If you want to really look forward to visiting your bank definitely open a account here. You can tell them Aaron Sent you ;)

  Bank is a gang of complete thieves. There are several case action lawsuits brewing for them. Their coins machines are gone because of gross miscounting of customer coins. Also, their charges they assess on accounts that get overdrawn for even a day and for as little as a dollar are higher then an illegal bookie at 24%. The Fed's need to step in and shut them down.
