  Shirin was truly amazing in brokering our home loan. She knew the right type of questions to ask so we understood the process.   We have had the priviledge of purchasing a home using Success Realty and Mortgage Services. We also have worked with Shirin Chauvin in multiple refis. Most recently we were having issues with our current lender and we had asked Shirin if she was able to help. Shirin has always been upfront and honest with us. If she was not able to do a refi, she would let us know upfront so we dont waste our time. Fortunately, she was able to do our refi and got us to a better lender with a lower rate!! Shirin is very trustworthy person and we were confident she would get the job done for us. We have been working with Shirin for several years and she has not let us down.
