  The have not answered the phone in the Irem office. I had to call the headquarters, which gave me an e-mail address to write to. No luck yet. So much for paying $227/month in car insurance!

  Very unprofessional company. It's been over five months and my vehicle is still in the shop after it got stolen. I don't have any sort of transportation and they don't care. They never return phone calls either! That's sad!

  My only hesitation about sharing my opinion is that I'll sound like a paid sponsor. But let me assure you, I'm a regular customer who has not been compensated for this review. I can't say enough good things about our home insurance through sublimity. I've recommended it to several of my neighbors. We've had the misfortune of making a couple home claims in the last 4 years (roof, wind damage, and a kitchen pipe burst), and each time, the representatives are caring and understanding, send out independent adjusters quickly and pay a good value for damage promptly. This allows me to focus on getting the home fixed and back to normal (especially for my kids, who had a hard time with the kitchen taken apart). There's no arguing about how many quotes for labor I'll need to have, or other payment delays. The adjuster came in about a week, took 2 days to make the report back to sublimity, and only a couple more days before payment. I hear about neighbor's horror stories through the years with other insurance companies and wonder what they're complaining about. I've not had those issues with sublimity. I recommend them every time the subject comes up.

  Ever had the experience of needing your insurance Co for a damage claim? I think we all did at one time and the results were disappointing. However, I needed my insurance for damage to my Airstream trailer when branches fell during the Ice storm. Although they don't carry a Big recognized name, they responded and executed flawlessly. Even our Airstream dealer commented on how great they were to work with . My claim was Big$$ and Sublimity didn't blink to satisfy our claim and make our trailer like new. Thank You Sublimity!!

  I have been with this company for 5 years I have had one accident in my life which was a couple of years ago. They treated me so wonderful and I honestly never expected such professional treatment from anyone. I recommend this company to anybody who will listen. They are professional they treat me well they're always kind on the phone and when I had my accident I never had to worry about anything. I'd like to keep it at 1 accident in my whole life which is a very long life. Thank you very much.

  I am not only an Independent Agent representing Sublimity for 12 years but I am also a client. I choose to keep my personal insurance with Sublimity not only because of the great rates but their outstanding customer and claims service. I have been surprised at some of the claims that they have paid since I feel some other insurance companies would have denied them. They always seem to give the customer the benefit of the doubt when it comes to claims. They are very easy to work with and have been around for over 100 years which says a lot to me. As an agent there has been a time or two where I have had to get involved in a claim due to a misunderstanding or a delay in payment for some reason but it has always been resolved quickly and the customer is always made whole. It is nice to be able to pick up the phone and be able to get a live person instead of holding for 20 minutes before I can talk to someone. They are always willing to help with whatever issue I am calling about. I enjoy working with the smaller regional companies for this reason. I would strongly recommend working with Sublimity Insurance Company.

  My car was parked at parking lot and was hit by Sublimity insurance client. The client realizes his mistake. I was trying to contact insurance couple times, left 5 voicemails and email, the result is here: no one responded. It looks like they are not existing in this world. Poor quality, not professional and not responsive.

  I find that Sublimity is a good insurance company for auto insurance. The year I became a new client/member, I inquired if there was a mobile app and auto pay. I was told that this is in the works. The following year when my auto insurance was due, low and behold a mobile app was available and in it the ability to auto pay. Now I can be completely paperless and be on the h paperless bandwagon along with everything else I do being paperless. Isn't technology great? I own a 23 year old vehicle and I have the necessity. No less no more and the best rate around.

  I had to file a claim through them after I was hit by a drunk driver. They treated me like I was the bad guy. Their biggest concern was making sure I paid my deductible even though I wasn't at fault. Never answer the phone, never return phone calls. Very rude when you do get someone on the phone. Worse nightmare than the wreck itself. Still billed me after we had canceled with them. Still waiting on a refund for that. Will be so glad to finally be done with them.

We make every effort to handle claims fairly and accurately.  When the other party’s insurance company denied their claim, we did step up and process your claim which unfortunately does require your deductible to be paid.  Unfortunately, the cancellation request sent by your agent was not received in time to be processed before our billing cycle.   I love this company! When I had to submit a claim my experience with the claim reps was outstanding. There were quick to respond, very helpful through the restoration stage. Rates are very competitive, coverage is great. They even offer rental coverage as a standard throw in coverage. Can't beat that!
