  Despite having a bad radiator in our new Outback, and the shop getting a damaged radiator on the first try to replace it, we are pleased with the eventual repair and are enjoying the new car. We trust that this episode is not typical for the brand, and expect to experience long and trouble free ownership from now on. On the 2nd anniversary of owning our Outback, we are extremely pleased with the car in every respect. It is a joy to drive on any kind of road. Safety features have gotten us out of some tight spots with ease and confidence. This is the first car we've ever purchased brand new, and it was an excellent choice. Service has been great at the Gainesville dealership.

  Salesperson Noah was outstanding. However, the general manager Ronnie does not stick by his verbal agreement and told me that I was lying. He told us that he wouldn’t feel right if something were to happen to the car immediately after purchase. He stated that they would reimburse us for the repairs. Not to mention that he was aware that the car was going out of state. We have only had the car for 3 days and all the warning lights illuminated on the dash panel. We were trying to handle this in the most efficient way possible by taking the car a certified dealer to diagnosis the issue get the repairs completed and submit the invoice to Subaru of Gainesville for reimbursement. Ronnie is not professional at all. Just want to meet his sales quota for his dealership.

  I visited Subaru of Gainesville with my mother on 12/29/2016. From the minute we walked into Subaru we were treated well. Being two women we didn't feel intimidated or overwhelmed. We were greeted by Sean and Noah who were both with us throughout the buying experience. It didn't feel like they were just trying to make a sale, but actually cared about what I was getting and what I needed. Once we decided on a car, we had the pleasure of working with Tim (who is hilarious) and Ronnie who was a pleasure to work with talking time to explain and answer all our questions and concerns fully. And Noah even cleaned our auto tag for us. All in all, we had an amazing experience at Subaru of Gainesville and appreciate all of their help throughout our car shopping experience. We hope you too stop by Subaru and have the same satisfying experiences we had. And we absolutely love our new used car. Thank you guys!!!

  I had a very good experience at Subaru of Gainesville. This was my first time leasing a new car, and Crystal provided wonderful customer service. She was understanding, honest, and patient regarding my questions and concerns and was able to secure me a fair price. Sean and Timothy were also helpful throughout the process. I'm loving my new Crosstrek!

  I recently purchased a Subaru Outback from Subaru of Gainesville. Steven Matthews was our salesperson and he did an outstanding job. I couldn't be happier. He was very knowledgeable about the Subaru's, helpful and no pressure Easy to deal with! :) Rachel Collins in Finance is seriously efficient. She made the purchase process quick and easy. And, definitely service with a smile! :) I love my new Subaru. It's a great vehicle! And this is a great dealership to purchase from.

  Subaru of Gainesville is great. They helped us understand everything about our car that we had questions about and helped make the confusing contracts and numbers very clear. They were up front about everything and worked with us to meet both our needs for the vehicle and the numbers for our budget. Chris is an exceptional sales person and Ron was very helpful while we finalized the numbers. We had some rough experiences in the past with certain dealerships, but Subaru of Gainesville gave us a reason to enjoy the car buying experience. We will be returning for our future vehicle purchases and they are highly recommended.

  Noah Daigan was the most helpful, professional, efficient car salesman I have ever worked with. We did our negotiating by phone, he called me back quickly, he got me the price I wanted, and he continues to answer my email questions within minutes after I send them. He was worth the drive from Tallahassee, and made the whole transaction as simple as possible. The finance professional was also very positive, friendly, and efficient. This is a dealership that hires well!

  My husband and I were trying to get out of a really upside down deal on our old vehicle. We researched and visited almost every dealership in Gainesville. Finally my husband made his way to Subaru, not only did we get the vehicle cheaper than the web price, they honored warranties on our new vehicle from the original dealership that it came from (found out about the additional warranty through CarFax report). The staff was super friendly and was genuinely about us getting into a much better vehicle and deal!!!!

  Best dealer service I've ever had!! I went for a recall and I was treated like royalty. Misty was extremely helpful and courteous. Like I said I've never experienced excellent customer service in a dealer even when purchasing a car. I highly recommend Subaru of Gainesville 👍🏽

  Don't bother making an appointment. Just show up. I was the first appointment of the day and they still haven't looked at my car, now 4 hours later.
