  I have been with Florida Credit Union for 15 years. I cannot express how wonderful the staff is and how quick their service is. I recently refinanced my vehicle through FLCU. I started the process online and was immediately contacted by Member Services Representative Ciera Ybarra. It was literally the easiest process and Cierra had the entire process completed in less than 24 hours. I recommend FLCU to all my friends and coworkers for all their "money" needs.

  Ms. Kaderian Hunter, an FCU loan specialist, really helped me with a loan. She was a professional who was well versed on the FCU loan options. She did a great job! I will go to FCU for all of my loan needs in the future. Thanks Ms. Hunter.

  Our representative Jaclyn Day was just awesome. Our business was handled quickly and efficient. She was very well spoken and her positive attitude was ensuing our banking needs were being taken care of. She was very knowledgeable on what we needed to take care of. Our experience today at Florida credit union was really pleasant. We felt like we made a friend for life.

  This is a great institution. They offer convenient and competitive services, but their customer service skills really make them standout from other credit unions. All of the tellers and loan officers are competent and friendly. My favorite tellers are Kristen and Taylor, they have great customer service. They're super friendly and always complete my transactions quickly and without error. I couldn't ask for a better credit union to bank with!
