Just called right now to get my balance. Your service reps radio was blasting loud so she couldn’t hear me when I gave her my name to see how much I owed. When I asked to repeat my balance she screamed into the phone’s mic. I decided to hang up on her. Not sure what her problem is this morning or she didn’t get enough sleep but nonetheless, that was terrible customer service.

this place that depends on who helps you the older ladies that work at this facility are really nice and sweet always willing to help you but the younger people are very rude they have no sense of customer service so I actually get happy when I see the older people working compared to the younger people.
