  I notice that my original review has disappeared so I will repeat my dissatisfaction with the rude treatment and unprofessional attitude at this bank. I wanted to cash in paper savings bonds. They said they "can't" cash them. When I asked how do I cash them, I received shrugs in response. I had to get help from another bank in the area. Sorry Sturdy, that's poor service .

  Sturdy Savings Bank in Cape May Court House, NJ and Rio Grande, NJ is the most unprofessional bank I've ever dealt with. A payment got lost in the mail, I made multiple phone calls in attempts to straighten it out and although I was upset about the situation not at anyone directly I expressed my upset by saying your telling me you didn't receive my payment or an email sent by the bank where the payment was coming from and this horrid woman accused me of using the F word and then hung up on me, this type of person should not be dealing with the public. I dont even say words like D_ _ let alone what she accused me of. I would never recommend this bank to anyone, the manager wasn't much more helpful either. I struggle with my health and the stress these terrible people added to everything didn't help . I hope if anyone plans to use them in anyway you think it over well and get other opinions because I've only been with them for 2 months I can only imagine what a long term relationship would be like. I will be cutting all ties with this place!
