  Making dreams come true. Sal and his team helped me and my wife with our dream home loan and saved escrow for us, on that property and the one we were selling, and did it during covid! When our original buyer couldn’t fund his loan in the last 2 weeks of escrow he was able to somehow secure a loan and process it in time for our buyer, he had our new loan done so quick and professionally before we even found out the buyer of our house we were selling couldn’t fund his loan. He was truly a blessing making both of those loans happen in such a short time. In our entire home buying process having Sal in the process was our saving grace. We will forever be grateful for all his hard work, professionalism and going the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.

  My husband and I found ourselves in a difficult situation. After living in our home that we were raising our family in for 17+yrs we decided to take the plunge and sell to get a larger place to call our own. We placed our house on the market, found a new home, had our offer accepted, and everything was right on track until………..Covid!!! Once the pandemic began, lending requirements changed, and our stellar plan fell apart right before our eyes. We were no longer able to get our loan finalized and thought we were going to have to pause our plan. We weren’t ready to give up just yet so we checked with a couple of other lenders to see if they could get it done but had no luck. Finally, we decided to ask Sal to take a look at our file to see if there was any hope. He was very honest and straight forward from the get go and informed us that although it wouldn’t be easy, he believed he could in fact get it done!!! And that is exactly what he did!!!
