  American Heritage Lending and Jessica Reynolds are awesome. I am a residential investor with many doors. I have worked with many commercial lenders in the past and always had delays, excuses, and other hick-ups that made me look bad to sellers, agents and others involved in the deal. I have done several deals now with Jessica Reynolds and every one has been smooth, exactly as promised. And could even close some early. Totally surpassed my expectations.   I’ve finally found the best loan officer for our investment company! Greg Valencia has been amazing since I first spoke to him a few months ago. Paula Lewis (processor) was always on top of everything so we wouldn’t fall behind. This was very helpful especially when we decided to buy our first out of state property. I have done 2 loans with this team with #3 and #4 coming up within next 12 months! Highly recommend them!

  I was highly skeptical about AHL going in. I am an investor that has seen many people get scammed by hard money lenders. Greg did everything to shatter my doubts. He went above and beyond to get the deal funded. I highly recommend his team to anyone needing to get deals done quickly and efficiently.   Wow! This has been the best experience I ever had with a lending company ever. I am an investor and I have seen my share of lenders. When I stumbled on AHL, I was scrambling to get a lender to take over 2 properties I already had in escrow as I was not happy with the previous lender I started with. Joanne was my loan officer and from the first interaction she was on it. She was honest, communicative, and understood the urgency of the matter. She rolled up her sleeves and got to work. Joanne and her team were very thorough with my file and made sure they had everything for underwriting and made the process seamless. Considering they were involved 3 weeks after the acceptance of offer, and still barely missed the original closing date by 2 dates. That is incredible. I believe if it wasn’t for the appraisal taking a long time to schedule, they might have even met the deadline. Also, the feedback was equally great given by the title company and my realtor who interacted with them all. Keep up the great work. Looking to do more business together. Between the top notch customer service provided and great products, I do recommend AHL wholeheartedly to anyone.

  WOW! We were blown away by AHL. Jessica was very patient with all of my questions since we had negative experiences with other lenders on a couple other cash-out refis. Honestly, I was skeptical all the way until we received the closing docs to review. Her team, Paula included, did a phenomenal job with communication and we closed right on time. Actually, we would have closed sooner but we delayed the appraiser by a week since the property wasn't 100% ready. They have the lowest fees and offer competitive rates. We will be coming back to Jessica and her team at AHL for sure. It feels so good to finally have your "team" on this crucial step of real estate investing. They delivered exactly what we were asking for and then some.

  American Heritage Lending and Nicole Gracia are awesome!!!! Nicole and her team were able to approve my first investment property cash out refinance. After been tuned down by different lenders before, I was a little frustrated. I contacted Nicole from AHL, and she clearly explained to me how it was possible to approve my loan based on a DSCR loan. Excellent communication, all questions answered fast and clear, and the kind of treatment that make you feel you are important as a client.
