  I used Stratify Lending for my initial home purchase and to refinance my house. Joe Manzo assisted me with refinancing my house and the process was seamless. I sent Joe a few documents that he requested at the beginning of the process so he could see what were my loan options for refinancing my house and he was able to provide me with a refinance option that was far from what I was expecting. All my questions from the beginning of the process to the end when I closed on my loan were answered. Joe was every transparent with providing me all the details so I felt very comfortable moving forward. I would definitely use Stratify Lending again in the future when I purchase another home and I would highly recommend future and existing home owners to use their services.

  We were looking at so many options for our refinance .15 year, 30 year, Paying debts of or taking out some cash. We tried working with our bank, but became very frustrated at their inflexibility.   I was amazed with Stratify Lending and the person who help me. Tanner helped me pay off a high interest loan, replace The fence around my house and remodel my falling down kitchen.   I was working on refinance with my current mortgage company. I started the process and 4 months into it I had not heard back from them. That is when I found Sam with Stratify Lending. It was the most positive experience I have ever had. Sam was quick to let me know every step of the way what was happening. If I emailed I received a response within minutes.   My husband I went with them to refinance our home, and was lied to the whole way. Sam Perkins was not honest with us when going over the details. Our payments went up 200 dollars after everything was done. When we reached out to the President and Vice President to tell them everything was was going on. They kept telling us they would look into it, and and get back with us. They never got back with us, and this was a month ago. It normal takes a month to close when you refinance, but it took us two months, and when we did close they said nothing about a closing cost we closed on a Tuesday and didn't hear nothing from them until a Friday. After we closed it was like trying to pull teeth from a toddler to get a hold of anyone to ask them questions. When we was finally able to get a hold of someone and talk to them they asked us if we wanted to cancel after we waited two months to get everything done. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking to refinance.
