  Bill Krasnor is the real deal. We were first time home buyers in a really competitive market just as interest rates were about the rise big time. He not only secured us a GREAT rate (literally working late into the night to do so) but also taught us SO MUCH about the whole process! Now we can rest easy for the next 30 years… Bill was attentive to EVERY detail and ALWAYS available by phone, text, and email. He was as patient as a saint with all our questions and always gave us an honest answer based on his DECADES of experience as a real estate attorney in NYC and a mortgage broker out of Connecticut. He coached me all the way from our initial phone consultation through closing, answered the phone and my questions every time I called (which was a lot) and even pushed the lender to lower our interest rate without any fees.
