  I had no idea that it was possible to sell all or a portion of my future commission! I received a cold call, from Stuart and I decided to let him explain the concept to me. I thought wow, this is amazing! I had a deal that had just gone into contract. After giving him some simple information, about myself and filling out a simple form, my funds were zelled to me, within a few minutes. Since that first interaction, Briggs and Katharin have been wonderful to work with! It’s been about 9 months and I have sold many future commissions. It’s an amazing feeling to know that if you can’t wait for the closing, you don’t have to!!
