      I had made several calls to them letting them know I no longer had the car and to stop sending my messages regarding my payment and that didn’t stop. They were still reporting the car as an open auto loan for well over 30 days. Not to mention I was getting emails about my loan being in default. Every time I called to speak with a supervisor he (Mark) was never in the office and to leave a voicemail. The last time I called the rep named Daisy hung up in my face. I called back and told her I needed to speak to a manager or supervisor and she yawned on the phone and said “our business has nothing to do with you.” I called back a 3rd time asking to speak to a supervisor or manager on duty and she said they don’t have one of those and hung up again. Im pretty sure this is how they train their employees because they are very rude and lack customer service. They even called an abusive ex spouse of mine looking for me AFTER I gave the car back. They told me they were unaware I gave the car back because nobody told them. Im probably wasting my time leaving a review because they don’t care about their reputation or customers but at least it’s out there for someone else to see.

      If I could give less than 1 Star I absolutely would. This company is supposed to be a Dealer Partner, work with the Independent Buy Here Pay Here Dealerships that they do business with but that is not the case at all. It does not matter if you have funds pending in your account or any other scenario don't be a day late not 1 day or you will pay on average 25% late fee on that payment! My $4800 payment that was wire transferred on the 1st, which was due on the 30th, was assessed a $1200+ Late Fee. There are much better companies out there. As a caveat the CEO or COO just called me and told me that the problem here was me & that I don't know how to run my business! He asked me about what do I do if one of my customers are late & I told him that they have a 7 day grace period and then the late fee is 5% of the unpaid portion of the payment! Pretty standard on any Retail Installment Sales Contract! I don't dispute the fact that I paid 1 day late but 25% late fee for 1 day, a little predatory in my opinion

      This company is so rude to their customers. They will not work with you at all. They’re only concerned about you making your car payment so that they can meet their quota because they get paid off of commission. When tough times comes around they should be willingly to work with their customers. Instead, they will threaten you with repoing your vehicle even after 1 day of a missed payment. I remember one time they turned my vehicle off when I informed them that I will be making my payment the next following day. I asked if they could turn my vehicle on just so I can make it home from work and they refused to. Poor poor customer service. Do not EVER finance your vehicle through Strategic Automotive Servicing!

      Very bad place to do any type of business with. Even if you do manage to pay the car note off. You will probably not get your car title. I paid my girlfriend's truck off over 6 months ago. I still haven't received our title. They told me that i had to go to the DMV to get it. Then when i get there I'm told there was a lien on it still. They will only lie to you and take your money. This is one company that should had never open there doors. I would like to tell everyone to go the other way when looking for a car. But what is truly bad about all of it... Is that i started buying the truck from a total different car lot in Terrell and then they sold my note to these idiot.

      My dealings with this company were not great until I met them in person. Th call center is severely lacking training and correct scripts and procedures for questions about loans. Partly because they have alot of different loans. But the inconsistency in which they handle their phone calls and simple inquiries made me pay off the loan early and obtain my title . In paying the car personally and online I had to speak to a supervisor directly who handled my information for me so that I could understand what was going on... I received my title and paid off my car after a few hiccups. But I was assured that better information and training would be made available to the call center staff. If they brought them up to speed with everything it would be a 5 star experience. But rest assured they are a real company and do business according to contracts. Read what you sign.

      **Update 9/19/2018** Just to elaborate on how bad this company is my car payment is due on the 20th, I paid my payment TODAY the 19th. At the end of my work day I go to leave for work and my car is disabled. I immediately call them at 5:36pm was told my car would be re-enabled ASAP. As of 5:53pm my car was still not enabled I called back the person I spoke with said oh okay let me send “them” another email to have another signal sent. It should be 5-10mins. I wait sitting in my car till 6:10pm, still nothing. I try to call back. Of course no answer because their office closes at 6pm. I work an hour from home and had to wait till 8:19pm before I could finally have someone come pick me up to take me home to only have to find someway to get to work in the morning by 7:45am and their offices do not open til 9am. HOW DO YOU DO BUSINESS LIKE THIS!?!? DO NOT EVEN GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY! I will be trying to find some way of legally looking into the issues I am having to find a solution. Unfortunately as stated below I did not have a choice or was I given the option. Posted a month ago: If I could give this company NEGATIVE STARS I would. They have TERRIBLE customer service, they’re extremely rude and could care less about you as a customer. Also, my loan was sold to them WITHOUT my knowledge from Clay Cooley Financial and all the sudden I can get charged late fees and all sorts of fees. Also make sure you make your payment on the due date and if it’s a Friday do so well before 5pm because if you don’t and your car is shut down there is no one there to take your call, payment or re-enable your car. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

      STRATEGIC DEALER SERVICES has given us a great opportunity to grow our Buy Here Pay Here business and the Staff is always there to help us anytime we need it. I read the other reviews on here and seems like they are customers of dealers. Strategic Dealer Services only works directly with independant auto dealers on purchasing contracts. They are a great company that has helped up grow our business tremendously.

      Employees do not communicate with each other, they do not send anything in writing to the customer, they are rude and hang up on you when you're in the middle of asking questions, and they trick you onto making a payment arrangement and still take your vehicle, leaving you confused and stranded when you were just asking questions about why you were misled in the first place. -single mom to a one year old, now with no vehicle or carseat.

      My girlfriends car was sold to them and they try to charge her double her payment or threatens to repo it and. We have paperwork saying 1x a month xxx.xx and even the credit beureo says the orginal payment this company is very bad
