  Professional staff from Loan officers to Bank tellers. All staff have been quite helpful and informative through my few years of service. Normal hours of operation for a bank. Easy to manage Mobile banking system. Zero complaints.

  Nothing but problems 100% of the time. That's why I left this bank years ago! They wanted my dead father to sign off an account we shared to close it. 🧐🙄 Calcite credit union is SOOOOOOO MUCH BETTER!!!!

  Fully staffed it seems but no one cares to welcome you upon entrance. I hear they provide loans with good rates so I’m going to stay with them but minimally. I hope it’s not a cause from bad leadership because tellers just don’t seem happy in general, hope not.

  Always slow due to "unexpected" staffing problems thanks to covid, but that's been a year and a half. If you don't know about your staffing needs after a year and a half, when will you? But what pushed me over the edge is that they refused to send my car payment to the car finance company- twice- and didn't warn me about it. I think I managed to catch it before I got a late fee and destroyed my credit rating, but not happy. Look, guys, I know I don't matter. Nobody has any reason to care about me. But if you want to make money off me you ought to at least try to fake it.

  Love this local bank! I have only ever had great service here, and yes, they keep typical banking hours and practices, but that is to be expected. They are a bank! Very friendly and helpful staff, happy to help, have had several loans through them, and enjoy the flexible repayment terms, and low interest rates when you have good credit. Easy online banking options, as well as in person help. Highly recommend.

  So your hours are Monday through Friday 9-5, Saturday 9-12. Can't come in Monday through Friday to open an account since I have a normal job, and can't open an account Saturday because you "don't do that on Saturday's". Talk about terrible availability especially for people who work. You'll never get my business again.

  I have banked here for a long time. The employees are outstanding, and I feel like part of a family when I bank here...not a number. It's a nice bank.

  They have very easy online banking, and you can do everything from your phone. They also are very easy to work with in person. They have went above and beyond for me. Thank you SAFCU 5 ⭐️'s from me

  There 24hr phone service to find out your account balance works one day and it doesn't here it is Sunday trying to figure out what I have and I can't so much for there 24hr phone service 😠 maybe I need a new bank
